Specializing in marriage, family, OCD, and anxiety, I love to help families, couples, and individuals as they navigate conflict, communication difficulties, anxiety, life-transitions, etc. Along with my education, I come with the experience of over 25 years in an inter-cultural/ethnic marriage and the raising of three kids into adulthood. I accept most insurance and offer a sliding scale. I never want finances to get in the way of you getting the care you need. I believe there is hope for every family, couple, and person when we are willing to invest in the work. My desire is to give you the tools you need to flourish on your own. It’s my pleasure to walk beside you on your journey as you move toward healing, wholeness, and happiness. You don’t have to do this alone…let’s walk this road together.
Rebecca Pfingsten, ND, BCNP, is a Doctor of Naturopathy and Board Certified Nutrition Practitioner specializing in nutrigenomics, the study of how genetics influence health, nutrition, and wellness.
Many people seek naturopathic care when they are tired of chasing symptoms and are looking for a more personalized approach to their health. Rebecca works with individuals experiencing concerns such as fatigue, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, inflammation, weight challenges, brain fog, autoimmune conditions, and other complex chronic health concerns.
Unlike many practitioners who begin with symptoms alone, Rebecca often starts with genetics testing to gain insight into how an individual's body processes nutrients, responds to stress, manages inflammation, supports detoxification pathways, and maintains overall wellness. Genetic patterns can provide valuable clues about why someone may not be feeling their best and help guide a more personalized wellness strategy.
Her approach combines genetics with functional laboratory testing, nutrition, lifestyle modification, and evidence-informed therapies to identify potential root contributors to health concerns rather than simply addressing symptoms.
Rebecca's mission is to help people better understand their unique biology, stop guessing, and create a clear path toward improved health, vitality, and long-term wellness.
