Renee Scruitsky has over 30 years of counseling experience working with youth, families, couples, and individuals. Renee has her M.A. in Marriage and Family therapy from Northcentral University and received a B.A. in Social Work from Minot State University. She obtained a Certificate in Formational Prayer-Healing Care Ministries Dr. Terry Wardle (Ashland Theological Seminary), Certificate in Biblical Concepts in Counseling, level 2 Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Level 1 Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Biblical DID Intensive Training-Lydia Discipleship Ministries, Certified Prepare/Enrich Pre-marriage facilitator, and certificate in trauma-informed care training: Brain Synchronized Therapy (BST) Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and attachment wounds.
We are a group of individuals based in Colorado Springs, CO. We have a broad range of experience in individual counseling, marriage and family therapy, play therapy, court advocate, animal assisted therapy, reintegration for court matters, prepare and enrich (pre-marital support), evidence-based couples therapy, healing prayer, biblical counseling, wholeness coaching, deliverance, and other forms of ministry. We have a passion for lives changed through the power of Jesus.
The Healing Care House is overseen by a Board of Directors with broad range of experience across business, management, finance, military, and ministry. The Board of Directors works to ensure integrity, best business practices, alignment with our mission and God's Kingdom.
Anastasia Stull, Relational Coach, has 15 years of experience working with couples, families and children. She received her M.A in Marriage and Family therapy from Liberty University in 2016. She received her B.S in Child development and Family studies from Colorado State University in 2010. She obtained her certification in play therapy in 2015. She has additional and specific training in animal assisted therapy, and sand tray utilization in child trauma therapy. Anastasia possesses extensive training and continuing education in Gottman, Prepare and Enrich, re-integration for children and parents in court matters, child adverse experiences that lead to trauma responses, integration of services for complex families in court cases, and family-focused approaches to overcoming parent-child connection barriers.
Desarae has over 13 years of experience working with the neurodivergent population and trauma survivors/thrivers. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Bethune-Cookman University and Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, with an emphasis in intimate partner violence (IPV), domestic violence (DV), and family dynamics.
The various modalities she uses help to support the mind, body, and spirit while synergistically working to release stress/trauma with grace and ease on a subconscious/spiritual level. She utilizes the Emotion Code®, NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback, Neuro Somatic Programming, Reflexology, and Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) to help bring rest to the soul. She offers in-person and long-distance sessions.
